7 April 2006 PPRS leads to breakdown in trustMisunderstandings and shortcomings in the operation of the principal's performance related pay scheme (PPRS) which lead to a serious and potentially damaging breakdown in trust between DEL and colleges have been highlighted in a recent report. The report looked at the first two years of operation of the scheme in colleges of further education in Northern Ireland.
