Fixed Price Conveyancing Scheme

Under an exclusive arrangement with solicitors Blackhurst Swainson, NATFHE members are offered a fixed price for solicitors' fees on any residential conveyancing matter.

Any member can take advantage of the scheme no matter where they live or where they are buying or selling.

The scheme applies to sales and purchase of freehold and leasehold property and includes the cost of completing a mortgage with a bank or building society.

Members simply wanting to secure a new loan on existing property or to re-mortgage property to a new lender can also take advantage of the scheme.
