NATFHE offers a range of services and support for members who retire from lecturing - and you can continue to be active in the union through your own regional branches and a national section .

We can provide advice and information on your pension and other rights .

And, as a retired member of the union, you can continue to take advantage of the range of benefits which NATFHE has negotiated for members, including a special travel insurance deal for older members . While other insurance companies penalise older travellers and holidaymakers, retired NATFHE members aged 65-75 can now take out this travel insurance at a competitive rate premium to cover themselves, their spouse and any dependant children or grandchildren up to the age of 21 for all their holidays and travel anywhere in the world. And retired members over 75 can get a competitive quote on request.
